You can book by phone, letter, fax, e-mail or on-line. Your booking is valid only if confirmed by our hotel reception. Your phone booking is hold on the day of arrival till 7 p.m. Later arrival must be announced in advance.

Payment

1. Individual clients:
- deposit invoice
- cash
- credit card
- credit card garanty – if the guest doesn´t arrive, one day fee is taken off
- after booking the guest receive a deposit invoice at 30%-50% of total price

2. Company events, family celebrations, wedding receptions:
- advance invoice payment at 50% of accommodation costs must be paid until 30 days before the event

Cancel charges:

-50% of the price if the cancellation of the stay in the range of 14 to 29 days before the stay
-70% of the price if the cancellation of the stay in the range of 3 to 13 days before the stay
-100% of the price if the cancellation of stay of 1 to 2 days before the stay

In the event that the host arbitrarily cancel part of the stay, or does not any of the paid service, is not entitled to financial compensation for untaken services.
